This residence rests on 1/4 acre lot in Norfolk, VA, to the south of Whitehurst Lake. Client recently moved into their new construction home and had issues with shoreline recession. Client was submitting a Shoreline Protection Permit and needed to submit a landscape plan for approval. Final design includes native grasses, shrubs, groundcovers, and trees as well as natural boulder riprap revetment!
