This set of residences are located on the west shoreline of Grass Lake in Spring Grove, IL. The developer recently closed on the property and wanted to envision how a couple gathering areas would fit in the scheme of the landscape. It used to called Dorothy's Resort, but is now on its way to be retrofitted into an Airbnb. The buildings sits at a higher elevation, but the property is relatively flat. Site features include a common areas with fire pit and overhead tivoli lights, native planting areas, resurfaced parking lot, boat launch, and driveway, covered pavilion area with lounge chairs, new boat dock, and natural stone steps to each dock.
